Sorry if this is a repeat – I have read the FAQ's and scoured the board. Can't seem to find a solution.

I am attempting to put multiple forms, same style, onto one Contact page – Contact Me, Subscribe to Newsletter and Tell A Friend. Kind of a one stop shop and let the viewer pick what they want to do and submit – upon success, redirect back to same 3 choice page or back to home page.

Is this possible? I have tried to TinyMCE all 3 forms in and only 1 will show.

yes, simply configure all 3 forms and include all 3 forms into your post/page

GREAT PLUGIN!!!

 

I'm having an issue implementing multiple forms on one page – the second form doesn't show up and won't function.
