Please check out my form and give me ideas what I should do to fix this or maybe CForms clashes with IThemes? Any CSS style I choose either the whole layout is out of placement or some of the background is missing.  

 

From what I can tell everything was installed correctly.  I did not do the install myself, this site has a couple other administrators that work on it also, so if you tell me to re-install it won't hurt my feelings.  If I do re-install then when I uninstall what directories & SQL tables should I make sure are erased?  I welcome any suggestions, because I am at a complete loss.
