Is it possible to have some fields default layout (ie: label on left, field on right)…but then have some other fields layout be different (ie: label above, field below)

Example:

Name: {namefieldentry}

Will the travel charges be included in the fee for the speaking gig?

{yes|no}

Because some questions are quite long I want the field value to be below the question, not to the right of it.

You can't change the HTML code structure, but pretty much anything is possible with proper CSS coding…simply refer to the individual ID's e.g.:

li#li-2-19 label,
li#li-2-19 label span { width:400px; }

li#li-2-19 label input { margin-left:105px; }

However, I would recommend, that you keep the field labels small,e.g.

And add a text-only field above it, which includes the explaning text…
