On my form, http://www.barnesbuchanan.com/2007/?page_id=31, all the information runs together, plus every item is numbered, which I hate. I've applied various stylesheets, which are all set to nice, rw-able 666, and nothing changes. 1. Why don't I have any spacing and why don't my columns line up all pretty like they do in the cform theme examples?

2. How do I turn off the numbers? I don't want bullets or numbers, just lines of text and inputs.
