Wondering if there's a way to create blocks of instructional text in a ordered list format in between form fields.  Basically I'm hoping to have a list of instructions within a grey box before or after fields explaining the best way to answer fields in the form.  I understand I can create css, but I'm not sure where to add the content of the lists.

 

Is this doable?

Absolutely. This is what the text-only fields are meant for, which accept HTML as input.
