How to Remove Line Above Forms

I'd like to remove the small 1 or 2 pixel gray line that is placed above the form itself.  I can't find

where this is in the css.  Thanks for your help.

This is a great plugin, thank you.

 

I'm using the sidebar-layout of this plugin. There are gray lines in between each form field which I want to remove and cant seem to find it in settings or in the sidebar-layout.css. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
