No. You can still use it as is for free and it will always be at 0-costs, even in a commercial context. If you need/want to get rid of the credit line beneath the forms you can, however, it'd be a great token of your appreciation to leave the credits in place.

Update- I figured it out by going into wp-admin and going to my plug-ins and editing the cforms file from there. Thanks for this wonderful plug-in.

Please note that changing cforms core code always bears the risk of breaking things. While I'm happy to support every and anyone, with or without donations made, I will not support customized cforms code.

On a final note: if one does decide to modify cforms core code, please note that GPL not only means the software and code is free to use and can be modified but it has to be done in the right way, documented properly to comply with GPL standards.
