How to make radio button options span whole width?

Sorry for the formatting above. I am not too familiar with html.

I need to make 4 questions with 4 radio buttons. the visitor will be able to select only one question and will answer to that in a following multi line text box.

I can't seem to get the questions to span the whole width of the form. It only shows 2-3 words per line and makes huger column per question.
