Please replace the ??? with your data!
[desc]: I just installed cform plugin and noted that it come as one of the widgets. I would like to know how do I incorporate it in a page – in my case, I would like it to be in my contact page.
Thanks in advance for your kind help!

I would create a new WP page and use the cforms button (in TinyMCE editor) to insert the form.

I recommend you get acquainted with Wordpress and its visual editor (which is the TinyMCE editor) and how to write pages.
You should have a cforms (II) button among the many other buttons which will help you to insert a (c)form, see also the cforms HELP page on how to setup your first form.

I just installed cforms II into WP 2.5.1 and the TinyMCE button is not showing up. It is activated. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem that Russell is, and I don't know what you mean by the FAQs. Where are they? I've checked your site and the Help section of the plug in and I don't see them. I must be missing something.
I put the HTML code into the page, but I think the theme is interfering, because it comes out badly misaligned and there are numbers for all of the fields.
Little help?

Frequently Asked Questions (and I can't believe you've missed them)

Clearing the cache worked for me. I use firefox and I choose Clear private data and cleared everything but saved passwords. Works great now.

I doubt that most people are at a loss. Certainly not the ones that make the tiny effort to read the Help page that comes with cforms that shows in a picture where the button is and how it looks like.
The forum is full of "I can't see the button" threads and it's covered in the FAQs as well, what have you tried?
