I am really new at Wordpress and Cforms.

The cform is working wonderfully, but what I would really like to get in the email box, is a very simplified version of the data.

Where do I go to change how this is done?

I would like to get the email and simply copy paste it into excel or some such program, or even better have the email itself automatically append it to a growing database.

Ideas, pointers, suggestions all welcome!

John, I recommend the online cforms HELP! page, it describes all of cforms' capabilites (including all your points above). There are also notes and tips scattered throughout the plugin, simply skim across the plugin config pages and get familiar with the options…
