How to edit colors etc for dif. WP themes

Hey all,

 

First this is a great plugin, thank you very much.

I do not know CSS. I am implementing the form on a WP blog investing blog ( http://www.investingstl.com )we are starting but some of the areas are the wrong color for the them. How do I change them?

I apologize I know this is a base question but I don't want to mess anything up. I would appreciate any help.
