How to centre the form title?

Apologies, this is a very basic question.

How do we centre the contact form title? Not sure of the correct term for this, but on the default contact form it is the first field.

It's the fieldsets legend you're referring to. Please see this guide first, and look for .cform legend… you'll have to apply proper CSS to center the legend.

If you can't get it to work, alternatively you could change the field type to textonly and apply inline CSS, e.g.: 

My form name||text-align:center; font-size:15px; margin-bottom:20px;
