the only what i have find without editing the code, was to select a css sheet and then delete it, what is of coourse bit stupid.
one minor problem - the styling form does not inform use if he has no rights to edit files (default on safemode php)
it would be nice, if I could define names and id's - i am using your form as a quote form and that's the only little problem
feature request -> it would be great, if there could be a select box of e.g. all pages, all categories, all posts, all posts from some category etc.

OfflineYou could just pick one of the existing themes, go to the CSS editor below and delete everything that's in it.
Or you could upload a new, empty CSS theme file and select this one.
Or you could go into the PHP code and remove the line that adds the CSS declaration in the HTML header, which would be the 'cleanest' solution.

If you do not want to touch the plugin code (because you will have to do it again everytime a new version comes out), you can just add this line to the functions.php file of you theme:
remove_filter('wp_head', 'cforms_style');
