I have the header insert that is needed in my header.php file and have even tried copying and pasting the style code into my main style page for the theme, but none of the styles are showing up right. I know they're getting some of the css styling but not all of it. What is the problem? (I know some html but not much css).

This is the shiny style (missing the top portion – and I wanted to make the questions darker but couldn't figure it out. I like another style too but I doesn't show any of the background colors.)
