I screwed up my site and cannot get my forms properly adjusted according to the css.  When I click styling under the plug-in tab I get no list of options and when I clicked "Select Style", it must have defaulted back to it's old style.  What do I do in a case like this?

Below I've posted a link to one of my site's forms (it does it to all of them) and also, I have posted a screen shot of my explorer window showing I have no options to choose from.  Please help!!!!

I have the same issue.  Fresh wordpress and cforms install.  No styling options are present.

Forgot to mention that I had exported my old cforms settings from an old web host and re-imported.

Fixed. Deactivate and reactivate of plugin seemed to do the trick.
