CSS styling doesn't appear to work at all.

I have absolutely no idea why it comes out looking this way. I changed the styling and various options multiple times, changed my theme, but it still looks like this. Any thoughts on what might be going wrong?

Got that straightened out, but I'm still not able to get it to work. And it's not just the styling…it doesn't email, either. I got an error at one point that said cforms_validate was not defined, but can't replicate it now.

I am at a loss.

Sorry — I wasn't clear. I added the wp_head declaration as directed in the FAQs. I'm not php or css savvy so maybe there's something I'm missing, but it is currently in the header.php file.

Ok, now I can see the cforms header part included in your HTML head and the styling works.

Captcha works, too (make sure you allow Cookies).

Finally, the below CSS ammendment will correct your layout troubles:

img.captcha-reset {
float:none;
vertical-align:middle;
}

simply add the above code to the *end* of your current cforms CSS (via styling tab/CSS editor).
