Hi there, firstly thank you for providing such an excellent plugin, I have it working very well and the ability to have multiple forms with an upload option is great.
I am afraid that I am having a problem with the css – it doesn't appear to make any difference to the layout and in fact just doesn't get used or somehow gets overwritten.
I have an example here:
http://www.westsussexabi.co.uk/?page_id=91
and here:
http://www.access-bydesign.com/?page_id=42
I have tried changing the style and do not get any error messages. However, I am making a fundamental error somewhere and I apoloigse if it is a basic one.
I would be very grateful for your suggestions and thanks again for helping, I really appreciate it.
Best wishes
Clive

OfflineMy first guess is, that your WP Theme header does not include a wp_head(); statement in the head-section which is crucial not only for WP in general, but specifically for cforms as it loads the CSS this way.
If that's the case, just add a <?php wp_head(); ?> inside the <head> tags.

Oh my goodness, what a fundamental error! :( Thank you so much, it sorted it out copmletely, you are a complete star and I will be forever grateful. If you were within driving distance, I would take you out and buy you a pint…
Thank you!
Best wishes

OfflineNo worries, glad I could help ;)
PS: Your WP theme is overwritting some of the cforms styles, to get rid of the circles (on the left of each field), you may want to change this line in the CSS theme file:
list-style:none;
to
list-style:none!important;

Hi there, Oliver, my deepest apologies, I hadn't thanked you for you suggestion, it works a treat. :)
However, I have encountered another wee problem… :) …. just wanting to change the css a bit, rather then just switching styles. If I try to save my changes, I get this message: Write Error! Please verify write premissions on the style file.
OK, so I then did a bit of playing around but only seemed to get my changes saved if I set the css files to have a permissions level of 666, Is that correct? Is that the only way it can be worked? Perhaps I could set up my wordpress user accounts in a group and just give them permission. What do you do yourself?
Many thanks
Clive :)
