CSS changes not showing, and getting errors in IE

Hi

I put a form on http://psychblog.org/contact , but when I tried to change the stylesheet theme, no changes appeared on firefox, and in IE, when I tried to click on the text box for the Name field, I received an error… I'm not clued up on CSS, so I have no idea what it might be that's causing the problems.  Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

That's an easy fix. Search the FAQs for wp_head().
