Cforms with two language
two different forms . one is working and the other does not

hey there

i have created Two forms one in German language and one in English , as you may know i put the German one in German page and English in English version in the same page.

the problem is only one form function . if i change German language as my primary language then German version works and if i choose the English English one works.

is any one knows what is the problem?
