CForms image upload not visible in our email

We have installed the cforms II plug in and created a great looking form. We are receiving the form in our designated email box, HOWEVER, we get a bunch of extra text on top and are not receiving the images that the sender uploaded into the form. We use Windows XP and Outlook 2007.

 

If we open the email on our ipad, gmail account we can see the image.

 

What do we need to change -HELP
