How can I change the value returned in email for check boxes in cforms.
Example I have a form with 24 fields 21 of which are check boxes, the admin email comes in looking great except I dont like that a checked box returns a value of "on" and an unchecked box returns "-"
We use this for a sudo online test and it would be awesome for grading if it could set it as
Checked = Yes
Unchecked = No

Further investigation has led me to believe that maybe I should look at modifying what is written to the field_val field upon insert and update. I see where there are "on" and "-" so would a better solution be to modify the insert/update or transform on construction of the email? If it is modify the insert/update please let me know what file that is in, as I have been souring the source files with no luck.

Offlinea workaround could be to use checkbox-group and only add one checkbox, which can have a specific value.
