Adding style to Field Name area

I would like to add bold to the first word in the Field Name area; how would I go about doing this?

Since I can't find a way to combine Text Field and Radio Button, I would like to un-bold a Field Name…

 

example:

 

FIELD 1:  Do you like cats?  [ ]Yes  [ ]No

FIELD 2:  …if No, why not? [_____________]

 

…in the above example, I'd like to combine FIELD 2 with FIELD 1, but that doesn't seem possible, so I'd be happy with un-bolding the the name of FIELD 2
