like put <br> after the labels? where can i edit this?

no need for <br> simply change the CSS theme under Styling and adjust to your liking!

One of my forms is generating a <br> tag after the label before the field. I am not adding this but it's there. Any idea how I can get rid of it?

Unless it's there to segment multiple radio boxes or a check box group, it should not be there.
