sounds yum, sometimes ice cream is too much by itself and you need something acidic to cut throughout all that cream!

I don't usually require toppings on my ice cream but it's worth a try for some dessert variations. Can I partner quince with chocolate flavored ice cream?

This ist absolutely awesome! My sister has a quince tree in her garden so we never run out of fruits. Until now, she made liquor or jelly from them. But now we´ll try this recipe for christmas dessert!
