Oh that looks absolutely delish! And sour cherry has that tangy taste to it, that makes it a great topping for ice cream. Adding vanilla just makes it perfect. One thing I've learned in life, you can never have too many jams in your pantry! You never know when you're going to need a jar or two, right?

We live in Alaska and do a lot of canning. Our jams last the entire winter, but this sour cherry vanilla jam looks amazing!

Anything to do with cherries is good by me apart from maybe the price the supermarkets charge in the UK. Looks delicious.
