		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the recipe. Have seen this wonderful chef-Christine Manfield on the 2010 series of Masterchef Australia -just released in Ireland.

One of her signature dishes(squab was main ingredient)was used in one of the challenges.

She also gave a demonstration to two of the contestants on Rare Roasted Venison and the making of Garam Masala for her potato dish. dlightful!!
