		<description><![CDATA[I just found your blog via Punchfork and I am giddy with delight. Please tell your publisher that America NEEDS your book translated! I bought an ice cream maker and a water bath canner this summer, so it looks like my weekend is now going to be dedicated to: (1) bring wheel barrow to farmer&#039;s market and (2) make every single one of your recipes! I had an amazing dessert at The Slanted Door in San Francisco that was cherry tomatoes marinated in honey over buttermilk ice cream. I&#039;m excited to try this basil variation. This is a DE vs US thing...do you mean &#039;real&#039; buttermilk, as in the stuff left over from making butter or you mean the cultured buttermilk that is made with enzymes and is very thick. Thanks!]]></description>
