		<description><![CDATA[Ok, das hat dann doch noch etwas länger gedauert, weil Koriander mit Wurzeln nur beim echten Asiaten und nicht beim üblichen Korianderverkäufer zu kriegen war. Fazit: super! Es lohnt sich absolut, die Korianderwurzel zu jagen, weil das einen Geschmack jenseits der Thai-Hauptachse Ingwer-Chili-Limette ergibt und damit auch eine 1a Menü-Kombinationsmöglichkeit darstellt. Absolute Nachkochempfehlung!]]></description>
