what an awesome food site! i am drooling and adding you to my bookmarks file.

delicious pictures and i remember thai street food. it must be good if you are forced to purchase and consume even though there are mangy dogs running around your feet and the vender has a grin that is as compelling as it is disheartening.

Ok, das hat dann doch noch etwas länger gedauert, weil Koriander mit Wurzeln nur beim echten Asiaten und nicht beim üblichen Korianderverkäufer zu kriegen war. Fazit: super! Es lohnt sich absolut, die Korianderwurzel zu jagen, weil das einen Geschmack jenseits der Thai-Hauptachse Ingwer-Chili-Limette ergibt und damit auch eine 1a Menü-Kombinationsmöglichkeit darstellt. Absolute Nachkochempfehlung!
