Great stuff! I sometimes have herbed curd with backed potatoes with rosemary and garlic. Very tasty too.

I have never tried linseed oil but the recipe sounds so interesting that I am very curious how it will taste with potatoes. This is a nice and quick meal and it's healthy too!

I have to say, I've never thought about using linseed oil to cook! It's a really creative idea. I also like this recipe a lot, it is very simple but elegant. Thanks for sharing!
