wow, those look so delicious! i'm sure my next tiramisu will be with homemade ladyfingers... i guess they would also be great as a small present :)

I agree. Homemade ladyfingers beat the shop bought variety any day. I made my first tiramisu with the shop bought version and the sponge part let down the whole dish. I now make mine with Bisuit a la culliere from the Rose Levys Cake Bible and use a variation on the Tiramisu recipe from the Silver Spoon. I find that most restaurant Tiramisus tend to be too light/sugary or creamy rather than mascarpony so think the recipe I have serves me pretty well. Will try the ladyfingers from your recipe the next time though.

I was actually just looking for a good tiramisu recipe, when i figured i didnt know the danish word for ladyfingers, so google and Vola... I dont think im ever gonna go buy ladyfingers, thesse look absolutely delicious, and seems easy to make :) thumbs up!

Tiramisu with homemade ladyfingers are the best.
When I make ladyfingers I just make one large one. A plate so to speak. I this gives the Tiramisu a little extra :-)
