Hey there! First off, a major congrats to you on your recent Saveur nomination! How exciting! And I have to say, I agree with you wholeheartedly about the cooking your stuff your own way kinda deal. I was talking with a friend the other day about what he was going to make for dinner and as he debated what to put on it, I ventured, "Add them both," which resulted in a flabbergasted response of, "What? You can't do that!" And I said, "Says who??" :-p

a very interessting mix of aromas .....but I like your versions, especially because of the avocados.....it fits all in the concept of a caesar salad

i tried it.. it was yumilicious.. by far the best caesar salad iv made.. even without chicken.. a frnd of mine was asking.. wat if theres no worchester sauce.. wil it still be the same or wat else can be a substitute?
