I usually mix apples and celery with a bit of rapeseed oil, white balsamic vinegar, rose peppers and sea salt, but I think I'll try "the editor's choice" next. And to your question about what I like to bring as a gift from my kitchen: Homemade chewy liquorice toffee or chocolate-orange toffee wrapped individually in brown paper.
