Thanks so much for putting up a recipe I was wondering for some time how to do Marillenknödel - I'm from Norddeutschland :-). I'll definitely do them today. It's going to restore my peace of mind to cook something after having builders in the house all day (pulling up floorboards, replacing pipes to fit in a new heating system).
