		<description><![CDATA[we grew up with these: my grandmother called them &quot;fingerlach&quot; - a Yiddishism, I suppose. Sadly, we never got the recipe from her and do not have the opportunity to obtain it directly from the familial source. I am so very grateful to this community for filling a hole in my memory so that I can reintroduce a most beloved dish to the next generation of our family. Thank you.]]></description>
