		<description>I make this recipe almost monthly!  It&#039;s sooo good, thank you!

I&#039;ve made it vegan by swapping out the ghee for mild olive oil without noticing much of a flavor difference (all those yummy spices really take the lead anyway).

US Conversions:
50g of dried lentils = 1/4 cup
400g canned tomatoes = 15oz can
500ml vegetable stock = 2 cups</description>
