Hello! What a gorgeous recipe I can't wait for some warm weather to make it! I wanted to let you know that about my family's farm in Vermont. Fat Toad Farm produces traditional cajeta from scratch using our own goat's milk. We make four flavors: Original, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon and Coffee Bean. We sell primary in the North East but also to mail order from the farm.

I loved the idea of this recipe so much I made my own cajeta from scratch by simmering goats milk, sugar and salt together for about an hour and a half, stirring all the time. Made the recipe with it and Oh. My. God. Thank you!
