I've only just discovered this blog after seeing your book in the Hugendubel book store in Regensburg and I LOVE the entire website! The design is great and I can't count the recipes I want to try out ... for today, it was this one, though ;)

The polpette turned out fantastic, everyone here loved them. I added some roasted pine kernels to the ricotta dough and topped the whole dish with gambas - delicious!

Thank you for this recipe, I'll make it again soon for my vegetarian friend!

I´m in fact cooking this right now and while I don´t have basil or parsley at hand (too late to go to the shops, it was a quick decision to cook this) it still looks good to me. It´s almost finished now and I`m really happy that I found your recipe because I had no idea what to cook and I LOVE ricotta!

It smells so good!

Thank you so much. This made my day!
