hi, a comment for patrizia.. I love to make champagne sorbet The recipe I use is
2.5 C simple syrup,
1.5 C water
1 Bottle Champagne
Juice of 1 lemon
Substituting the lemon juice for the juice and zest of 1 orange makes an even better mimosa sorbet

Welche Eismaschine benutzt ihr? Auf den Bildern sieht das Eis immer perfekt gefroren aus, nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich...
