It&#039;s called shreekhand, and has the same elements that you seem to have discovered work well with this dish - sweet, tangy, smooth, and dense. It&#039;s also sometimes flavoured with fresh fruit like mango.  Very fresh curds give the dish a fresh, light, dairy aroma that is just incredible.]]></description>

It is a wonderful versatile little fruit and can be used in jams &amp; preserves, in many desserts, in baking, cheesecakes, in sauces for grilled fish and meats etc. We even eat it straight off the bush in our garden :)]]></description>
