Hello there,
thanks so much for this delicious dittie! Stumbled upon it only now, alas, and made my own Version: http://esszimmer.wordpress.com/2011/01/12/gelbes-gluck

brilliant! and remarkably easy, thought it would be much more of a mess. One of the yolks in my Ravioly burst while cooking, so this one turned out to be a quite different dish, also very good.

I made this egg ravioli according to the recipe. The result was amazing. It cost me a bit of sweat and tears but as an unexperienced pasta maker I was pretty pleased with the result and so were my guests. I also added a small red hot spanish pepper, but to be honest I wouldn't recommend it, because it was pretty strong. Or just put a tiny tiny bit of fresh chili pepper. Really thankful for all the great recipes on this website and the beautiful pictures!
