I love reading cookbook reviews. I've been looking for more info on the Oldways book, so that was very helpful. I'm a big natural foods fan, so I must get Heidi Swanson's book.

David Lebowitz's book sounds really interesting. I'll have to get my hands on that and try out a few of the recipes!

Basic baking was the first cookbook I bought and two or three others like Asian and Fish followed. I like their clear layout and the foolproof recipes, I will check out the new one, too!

I can't wait to get my hands on heidi's new book. I've been slowly migrating in the direction of whole foods and more and more towards locally grown/organic produce. Great to know you found it to be a fantastic book to own!
