Petra prepared a very basic semolina pudding with scraped out seeds from half a vanilla bean and some egg (optional). She fillet some oranges and reduced the juice she gained from it with brown sugar until syrupy, and decorated the pudding with slices of orange and some pistachios. That&#039;s it ;)
