		<description><![CDATA[I love beetroot. Here&#039;s an east indian recipe.
Cook two large beetroots, peel them. Heat a tbsp of olive oil or canola oil. When the oil is hot, put a tsp of (black) mustard seeds. Add this to the beetroots. Let them splutter. Add them to the peeled beetroots and mix them. Sprinkle two tbsp of freshly grated coconut or dessicated coconut and two tsbp of finely chopped cilantro. Mix everything together. Serve as an appetizer or as a salad]]></description>
