		<description><![CDATA[Very excited that these cookies work with my cookie press!!! They&#039;re coming out in Christmas Tree shape. 

I used almond meal so there are still skins on the almonds. Gave the cookie a bit of a more &quot;rustic&quot; texture and look.

This recipe has definitely been added to my Christmas cookie repertoire!]]></description>
