		<description>I made this today, and i came out wonderful!!
I filled it with whipped cream and raspberrys from the freezer. Fantastic spongy!
If you want to fill it with whipped cream, just place the cake upside down on the sugarcovered kitchen towel, and peel of the parchment paper. Then let the cake cool completely down with the baking tray covering it so that it dont get stif. After cooling, fill with cream and fresh fruit and roll it! I think it would be difficult to cool it when rolled and then un-roll it again before filling it? Im pretty sure it would break.</description>
