Julia, I just started using Earl Grey tea for various food creations like chocolate truffles, during summer we even tried some homemade gelato, which we will definitely have again. I wish my friends had parties like yours. Earl Grey tea brulee is my absolute favorite. It tastes just the way my mom always drinks her tea. Two tea bags, cream until it's white, and too much sugar. Your recipe looks great.
