Hi Sandra, enjoy your trip to the Oktoberfest, it can get crazy there at times but it's so much fun, too. Steckerl-Fisch or Hendl and a Mass - can't beat that.

Hi Hande, good call - I actually haven't tried the Pschorr yet. Besides the fact that I got all kinds of looks for taking at least 5 pictures of the same stand, I think I ended up with some good impressions.

Ich habe mir die Schrannenhalle auch diese Woche angesehen, die Enttäuschung war dann aber doch größer als die Begeisterung. Den ganzen Touri-Kitsch im Vorfeld als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu vermarkten fand ich etwas übertrieben. Sehr schöne Seite übrigens!

I was there yesterday at noon as well and agree with every single letter you wrote. But do try the Pschorr at one end, we were there about two weeks ago and loved the short but selected menu, not your usual "Kneipen" stuff.
PS: How did you manage to take the photos???? My appreciation!

As my husband works as an architect, he might be pretty interested in having a look at this building. We plan to pay the Oktoberfest a visit at the end of September (I was born in Bavaria, so I simply have to!), I guess we check this place out. Thanks for the info!
