Hello everyone,
Thanks for the kind words and great feedback! The preparation really was done in the blink of an eye, so we'll definitely give some other variations a try...

Elise,
thanks for hosting this IMBB! You did a perfect job, must have been one of the fastest round-ups ever. And a nice presentation - it's always my favorite part to scroll trough the entries (and images) and get blown away by this concentrated food blogger creativity!

Hi Melissa and Chefdoc,
always a great relief to hear about other cookbook addicts. Gives me the feeling of being quite normal ;) With a raised eyebrow, one of my best friends asked me about my growing stacks "So what exactly do you need all those for...?"

Nate,
we use a Fuji FinePix 610, a neat little camera, but not a small as an Ixus for example.

chronicler and Meg,
pleeeease drop us a line, if you give the recipe a try! It's always great to know, what others think about one's favorite recipes...

the roe may not be necessary but it certainly makes for a stunning presentation, and the added texture is always nice.

Hi Oliver,
Your attention to detail is great as usual. I, too, am not ready to admit I need therapy for my cookbook addiction.

Love the site - the photography especially is beautiful. What kind of camera are you using for this?
