Hi there! This sounds wonderful and I'd love to try it. Question though, what is curcuma? And do you use vegetable or chicken broth? Thanks so much! Staci, Curkuma is also called turmeric. I use any kind of broth I have at hand, it will taste great either way.

Oh-My-God. I stumbled upon this site a couple of days ago and printed out this recipe to kind of find out how good the recipes might be. I just made it today and it's A-MA-ZING. Best potato soup EVA. Glad I tripled the proportions from the get go! In other words: I'm a new fan. Dear G, So Glad you liked it :) We can never have enough great recipes for potato soup, can't we?
