Oh, my goodness; I love it! Ice creams don't make me jump for joy like they did when I was a kid, but sorbets? Yum!

Jennifer, Nic, Dreska, Thank you! The whole idea really was more an intuitive approach, which turned out pretty good - this by the way is not always the case with some of our either adapted or made up recipes ;) Marie, Both recipes, the basil/lime as well as the three berry one are very alike. You're right, it's not yet posted on our blog....I'm sure we will get to it soon :) Apart from that, there are quite a few recipes out there, ours is based on Jamie Oliver's, we just use less sugar.

Ohhh I would love to get your basil/lime sorbet recipe! Did you ever post it in your blog? In the meantime, I'll save this one - too cold today to make sorbet - can't wait for summer!
